This is the cabin of Bill "ol' coot" VanDerSloot.
The first man to jump off the Dingmans Ferry Bridge.
In a horrible combination of bad luck, bad timing and coincidence he landed on a beaver.
They became conjoined and lived happily for the next 40 years in this very cabin.
